Clinical Supervision & Consultation for Therapists
I offer clinical supervision and professional consultation for both LMSW's and licensed therapists, available virtually. My work is especially well-suited for clinicians specializing in trauma-informed therapy, somatic approaches, and relational modalities.
In a supportive, confidential, and trauma-informed space, we focus on deepening clinical skills, working with limbic countertransference, and attending to the nervous system and embodied experience within the therapeutic relationship. Supervision supports clinicians in navigating the emotional and somatic complexities of psychotherapy and trauma work, preventing burnout, and strengthening clinical presence.
You can expect thoughtful clinical feedback, somatically attuned guidance, and a collaborative environment that supports growth - both professionally and personally.
Brainspotting Consultation
Are you seeking consultation support as you continue to grow in your work as a Brainspotting practitioner?
Completing Brainspotting training is a meaningful milestone, reflecting the care and dedication you bring to your work. As you begin integrating Brainspotting more fully into your practice, it’s natural to have questions, feel uncertain at times, or want a space for reflection and support. As a certified Brainspotting therapist and Approved Brainspotting Consultant, I offer a warm and attuned learning environment to those who want to go further with Brainspotting, and / or wish to gain their supervision hours towards certification.
Brainspotting is a subtle and powerful modality, and using it with clients can raise questions about pacing, attunement, and technique. You may be hoping to feel more grounded, to deepen your understanding of the model, or to explore your clinical experiences in a thoughtful, supportive setting. Wherever you are in the process, your commitment to your clients’ healing is clear, and consultation can offer a steady place to build confidence and clarity as your practice evolves.

During this time, we will meet for a minimum of six hours of case consult and technique supervision, and two of those hours must be post-Phase 2 training.
There are forms to track both your sessions and our supervision time. The schedule of Brainspotting training events is kept up-to-date on Brainspotting.com.

My intention is to offer consultation that feels both supportive and gently challenging, helping you strengthen your foundation while continuing to grow.
I provide individual case consultation, particularly for clinicians newer to Brainspotting, and I welcome conversations about my approach and areas of focus, including work with creatives. I look forward to connecting and supporting you as you continue to deepen your Brainspotting practice.
About Jenny Williams
I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and Approved Brainspotting Consultant with many years of experience using Brainspotting in my clinical work. My work is rooted in attachment, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care. Alongside Brainspotting, I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and The Work that Reconnects, and I enjoy weaving in somatic practices, mindfulness, and creative approaches that honor each person’s unique process.
I specialize in creativity and performance issues, developmental and attachment trauma, limbic countertransference and clinical burnout, working with Empaths and Highly Sensitive People (HSP’s) and supporting LGBTQ+ clients. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each practitioner’s personal style and humanity, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where growth feels supported and authentic.
Brainspotting fundamentally shifted how I understand presence, attunement, and healing as a clinician. My own experience of Brainspotting consultation fuels my passion for supporting other therapists as they develop trust in themselves and their skills. I remain actively involved in the Brainspotting community and continue to deepen my work through collaboration, study, and consultation with senior faculty and fellow practitioners.
